Smooth Collision Detection & Animations!

Lately I've been tackling 2 complex problems, Collision Detection on this new smooth surface and Animations for the character. The animation feature uses a "custom" rigged animation system but simpler and the animations are coded. The collision feature seems quite complex but in fact i managed to find a simpler way to do it without using convex shapes at all or any other physiscs engine, feel free to ask me in the comments.  Below is a .GIF of the results, please consider there are several bugs in this feature and feedback is appreciated.

New Terrain Look!

I' ve been quite inactive lately and that is because i've been pretty busy changing the game's look. I think I achieved something pretty interesting mixing a blocky style as well as a smooth one, here are some screenshots.
